Our investment focus is software and associated technology. To be more specific, we focus mainly on line of business applications.

We pride ourselves on being the boutique shop which can find value in the uniqueness of a deal. Given that, predetermining a list of qualifications here really doesn't do much good for either party at this stage. The only pre-qualification we have is your company must be based in the United States.

Yes, if we get to the transaction stage there will be lots of diligence and documents. That is just the nature of investing. However, we have all been through that process from your side and strive to make it as painless as possible.
